Bottelisk Basel was initially founded in 2014 as part of the Young Entrepreneur Switzerland initiative. The team consisted of a group of 6 high school students from all over the world, who wanted to make something to represent the place they called home, and they conceived this clever little bottle opener designed to look like the symbol of Basel. In 2017 the original team decided to bring the product to the market and we worked with them to ensure its success. The story of the youthful founders, their idea and connection to Basel became an integral part of the brand. The beauty of Basel was a central focus of the images and videos featured on social media and reproduced on postcards and tags. The ecommerce platform seamlessly allowed customers to order from all over Basel and get even get the order the same day. The Bottelisk has been a continued huge success, selling out regularly.
